There are a billion ways to "get outside" even in the winter. This serene weekend is full of possibilities. Walks in the snow, sledding, enjoying the scenic snowscape by the river.
We have 4 cabins rented out for our group with 4 people in each cabin. It is a beautiful way to be in the forest during this season and to remain cozy and comfortable throughout the night. There will be plenty of time to retreat, write and meditate in addition to strengthening relationships with our community.
This event is reserved for LGBTQ and/or BIPOC folx.
The cost for this event is $145 and we have a few partial and full scholarships available. The cabin rental, food and fuel are covered. We will carpool so let us know if you can be a driver and we will cover your fuel costs. We will take turns making meals for each other.
You will need to bring your personal items and warm clothes. We do have a limited amount of waterproof boots, warm layers and rain layers in our Gear Library. Please let us know upon registration what your needs are. While we cannot guarantee snow we can guarantee it will be beautiful out there. You are welcome to bring snowshoes, sleds or trekking poles for our day adventures.
