Fostering Diversity & Equity in Outdoor Leadership

The Resilience Outdoor Conference aspires for people from all backgrounds to see themselves reflected in outdoor leaders. We are creating a foundation for Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC), and/or the LGBTQ communities to gain comfort and confidence in outdoor skills, while developing leaders through wilderness medicine certificate training, outdoor education, and community resilience.

We invite you to sponsor the Resilience Outdoor Conference and express your support for diversity in the outdoors. You will join a team of dedicated corporations, member organizations, and community leaders who share our vision of building and supporting strong community-led efforts to create lasting change in the outdoors.

Resilience Outdoor Conference has redesigned what an outdoor conference looks like by centering our community’s growth and ability to reach the summit of the outdoor industry. Resilience is hands-on, in the wild, and led by community leaders in the outdoor industry.
